On this chilly walk, I found myself reflecting on the incredible experiences that happen during retreats—both for myself and for the women who attend. These retreats aren’t just about business strategy or planning (though we do touch on those); they are so much more!
In this Trail Talk, I share the why behind these gatherings and what makes them so magical and transformational. Retreats are a unique space where so much clarity, realization, and inspiration come to life. When you step away from the noise of everyday life, when someone else takes care of every little detail (hello, me!), it gives you space to fully focus on you. This shift allows for breakthroughs in ways you might not have expected.
And then, there’s the group—an amazing circle of women who see you, encourage you, and reflect your truth back to you. For many, this kind of support feels like being seen for the first time. It’s pure magic.
Note to the listener - when I began recording I wasn't thinking this would be made into a Trail Talk, I had a thought and wanted to record a voice memo so that I could use it for content creation, or ideas to think through and use if I'm a guest on a podcast or simply talking with someone about what I do... At the end I decided it was "trail talk material" and turned it into what you'll listen in to today - so keep that in mind as you listen in.
Enjoy!

Trail Talks are simply ramblings of whatever happens to be on my mind while out on my walk. Think a very loose, unedited podcast with no script or outline :) I'd love for you to listen in while you're out walking so that it's like we're walking with friends!
Trail Talks are raw, real, unedited and very much a look inside of how my brain works. I'm guessing it is also fairly relatable to many of you :) Walking and the trails are where I generally work through and process whatever happens to be on my mind, and speaking those things out loud is helpful to me and possibly helpful or at least entertaining to you!
I like to think that Trail Talks could feel like we are taking a walk together, even if we aren't necessarily side by side. So put on your sneakers, pop in your headphones, and take me on a walk with you!
So if you listened in, and took a walk with me today - first of all THANK YOU! Also, please let me know where we went and if you can relate! My favorite thing is connecting with you and hearing from you! If you have thoughts of something I should talk about on a Trail Talk - let me know that too!
Stay Wild!
xoxo - Chrystal
